It's sort've unrealistic, needing a dmnd heat source, but anyways, spark the pscn at the bottom.

This works the same with heating mercury to complete a circuit once it reaches the max expanding point. Once the circuit is connected the bomb goes off.

Without the ozone to protect from thermal radiation they'd probably fry. +1 for temporary ozone creating bomb for ecoterrorist orginazation to spead the growing of marijuana Celery, corn, soybeans and propaganda.
