Default temperature setting

I am trying to fill a ring with deut (at 0 kelvin) to make it at its most reactive state.

I know the console command '!set temp deut 0' makes all deut on the screen 0 kelvin, but it is taking too long to fill a ring. Is there a way to make its temp 0 kelvin by default? so when i place it, its already 0

use command !set life deut 255 . Higher number makes reaction more violent.

Before using the command fill you circle with deut, then use it.

It isnt unrelated. Did you read his post? Hes problem was Filling ring took too long with higly reactive deuterium. Deuterium shrinks when cooled while making it more reactive. Thats why hes ring didnt fill. By using my way he can get same amount quicker.

    Thanks that helped heaps.

I was resorting to using a massive amount clone and pooring lots of deut into it manually, and using cool to reduce to minimum temp.

it took 10 mins to fill a ring (about 1 cm^2 on the screen)

Your method made it so much quicker.

Oh, so he was trying to fill a ring by using the deut's expansion feature to make enough deut?

My bad, I thought he was trying to make a ring manually.
