Problems displaying thumbnails, votes, etc.

1. Not a bug, it was made to reduce the number of art saves (pure diamond saves) in tpt and increase the save quality, tpt isn't a drawing/painting program.
2. I reported that on github, it should be fixed eventually (display the number of votes). The vote bar is different, i'm not sure whether it's better or not, neither one is really that descriptive about the number of votes, but I do like the one inside of open_ui better
3. Same as above, it just hasn't been added back yet.

tpt was rewritten in a new programming language, it's not that the old one was changed, it's that the old one doesn't exist so a new one was created. It would take some work to make it look exactly like it used to, and tpt++'s interface is a lot better I think. What don't you like about it? Whatever it is might be a bug. -

This "new look" is not only a new look, but it's an entirely new TPT. If you have followed the development, you would see that there is also a TPT++ version re-written in a higher-level programming language called C++. This is what the new 82.0+ versions are. The old TPT is pretty much not worked on nowadays by the main developer(s). -
You could already view the votes by changing the pref like you were an admin
