Many saves utilise the pressure generated from c-5 to detonate plutonium based bombs, so removing it would break saves. I also don't see a problem with it at all. -
i'd imagine it would be easy to modify the c-5 coding to make it explode with less pressure. (not that i know ANYTHING about coding at all.)

what about an explosive that had extremely high pressure but the pressure would stay in a very small area relative to where the explosive was set off?
