Okay, I may have been talking a little bit out of my bum about bacterial life. I remembered something the wrong way :P
There has been no proof of life on other bodies yet, sorry if that caused confusion.
Oops, sorry. Now let's see...
Yup, I've never read to Qur'an and I don't plan on doing it in the future, so I can't take sides in your argument.
Space is expanding as we speak. Intelligent life is unknown, although microscopic or prokaryotic (bacteria). Could be on Jupiters moon Europa. Although intelligent life is highly possible somewhere in space. Space travel I believe could take thousands of years, in the making and funding. Space travel is also still primative. Wormholes could be the only to get to a planet faster with the fuel we have (as of right now). Also I ment Box-Poorsoft's comment.

Could it be possible all intellegent life wiped themselves out?
Yeah, especially considering how mush humans love killing themselves.
You don't have to read it, actually, just watch documentaries and lectures.

Of course, this video isn't about extra-terrestrial life but is a starter to exploring science in the Qur'an. Either ways it's interesting. :P
I think we'll be extinct, before we even reach the nearest "earth like planet".
Good video!
