I can log into TPT but the little window thing where you place the elements is off center (it's a bit more to the right then it usually is) and on the left is a black box with text at the top and the text says "exception thrown, see JavaScript console". I am unable to interact with the element window in any way, I cant Do anything that is inside the element window. If I try to get on someone else's save that save is replaced with the play online element window. This started happening yesterday and as far as I can tell there was nothing on my end that is causing this to help. I need someone to tell me how to fix this otherwise I won't be able to play TPT anymore.

    Sincerely, Feragonal

    New versions!

    99.4 (Build 393) 2026-04-01
    • After a painfully long wait, the new TPT version has arrived! The game seems to have been abandoned for so long, that it's in a bit of a ... mess. The element labels have all worn off with time. We hope you'll be able to sort it out.

    99.5 (Build 394) 2026-04-02
    • Thank you to everyone who played "Return of the Powder Dinn". All the elements have been restored to their original names and positions with your combined efforts.
    • Several Lua-only changes from the previous version remain. We plan to have a real update later with the actual changes we've been working on.
    • Add MenuSort property for controlling order elements appear in menus
    • Hiding and showing the hud with tpt.hud now hides the intro text
    • Add focus() property to Lua textboxes
    • Fix an issue with the Lua elements table getting corrupted when elements were renamed (Version 99.5 only)

99.4 is the April Fool's update, and 99.5 removes it. 99.5 also fixes a bug on the C++ side that was affecting element guesses sometimes. Either it wouldn't let you easily rename elements, or it could accidentally reveal guesses to you. I don't think most people noticed these bugs, but certain series of actions would trigger them.

We'll post the update as a script on the script server later. All your progress will carry over from 99.4. The element colors and menusections will be different but the numbers and notes you have will be the same.

I am Experiencing a weird bug with pistons. I experienced that pistons would sometimes still retract blocks that are in its C-type. I discovered this glitch while I was building a very realistic engine and I set the C-type of the pistons to TTAN and covered the bottom of the engine head with it so it would not be able to accidentally push or retract the head of the engine, but sometimes when it's filled with gas and does a cycle it wil still figure out a way to retract parts of the engine head. The ID of my engine is: 3371760 if you could check out the problem Or tell me if I am personally doing something wrong.

Save not found :( I did find 3372482, which wouldn't reproduce your issue for me but I see that not all of the top surface of the piston space is covered with TTAN: there's exactly one spot that's covered with TESC, and if gasses are positioned just right, the piston might take that with itself.

@LBPHacker (View Post)The part with the tesla coil is indeed a flaw in my design, but i also have a few screenshots of other parts of the engine head being pulled down although i don't know how i can turn those into a url so i can submit them. I also accidentally submitted the wrong ID, but i do think you were able to find the correct one. If you have a way for me to show the screeshots i would gladly show them.
