Yes another city from me and i would like some help/suggestions for the city and i will add them (as long as it is not ridiculous) and theres not too much.
I will do the city as best as i can and i will try the best to have it to all of your high standards
and i have done a small part here




Very small part indeed i already have ideas for food stores, boats, subs, plants, coral, fish and a artificial island.

I like the dome type idea or atlantis they are pretty cool as long as mine doesn't look like whalezors because i don't want to rip him off

- how do i make rafts/boats as a form of transportation to enter the city and i might need help with submarines as well...
