Why have you posted this twice now? Read the messages on the first thread.

just push ~ to open
(try searching on the wiki ;p) helps a lot more though than make a post about something already explained in it. (also commands can be found on the wiki if that was what you ment)

press ~ or ' to open, then press !set (type, ctype, temp, tmp, etc.) (element to get changed) (witch thing the element will change)

Example: Put some metal in the game and then write in the console: !set type metl watr
The metal turned into water.
