PPLI and PPLO; Powered Portals

I would like them to create powered portals! This wouldn't melt, PPLI would teleport to a PTLO or PPLO, you could heat and cool it down for channels, pscn to charge and nscn to discharge. There wouldn't be a delay in the teleportation as if you you used e-wall on top, then you would need to wait for it to fall in the PTLI. I would love feed back on this. Constructive criticism.

Sounds like a coding disaster. But thats just me. while it would be cool. I dont know if it is all that practical.

Okay, I don't have access to this "archive", so I can't see what some suggested elemnents were.

its sounds like a good idea EXCEPT the fact that it would have to be ALMOST completely recoded as the normal portals can actually transmit electricity
and theres a good chance that since it can be achieved pretty easily with existing elements the mods wont put it to high on their to do lists
