Catelite has already proven that this could be useful by remotely conducting heat using portals:

However, this method is inefficient and requires large blocks of portals to conduct quickly. I think there should be an element that transfers heat over a distance, RCDR. There are two ways it might work:

1. The RCDR channels can be controlled by the life value. It can't turn off, but it can be controlled with HSWC.
OR
2. The channels can be controlled by the tmp value, and the life value will turn it on or off.
