New Tools for Decoration & Polygon Tool

    0.0. Gradient Tool for decoration
    Obviously, it'll be very useful.

    0.1. Custom color pad for decoration (3, 5, 7 or more slot)
    Store some saved color temporarily. Rather handy.



    1.0. Polygon Tool for element drawing
    Hold alt, click few dots to form a closed shape, release alt, TPT will fill the shape with chosen element
    If your dots(trace) is not closed, TPT will close it automatically in some way
    ( kinda like the polygonal lasso tool in Photoshop)
