I doubt it was 'hacked'. You probably had tpt on a computer and someone got on right after you and saved something (login sessions are saved for a while). Changing the password is the best thing, so you should be good now, and if you are on a public computer, you can logout of tpt when you are done, just submit blank info on the login prompt, or delete powder.def.

Hacked is when a person with bad intention gets into the database where your password is stored, which is very hard for normal persons.
The most probable is what cracker64 said, somebody got on your computer and messed up with your saves ( If you're on a shared computer or have sisters/brothers ( Or you have Multiple personnalities... )) -

No, when peoples go on your account, it's usually called beeing stupid...
Telling peoples is beeing stupid or/and scammed, loosing password by a keylogger is beeing keylogged, entering your pass on another site is beeing phished.
Difference.
Everybody says they got hacked because they downloaded a runescape gold generator and have norton...
