Purple Light?

    When playing with optics and dispersion of light, I found out there are is no purple part of the color spectrum. It ends at dark blue. Why so?

    nope, we've made uv lasers b4, it just shows up as red and blue when you hold the cursor over the PHOT :P

    EDIT: i dont think its actually the spectrum tho as it only has red blue and green ( and a little yellow for some reason.....)
    BUT the colors that would be a mix of those are showed as a mix of those, so i think its more of a pigmentation than wavelength thing

    No idea. It's been suggested before, not sure why it hasn't been fixed. I can only guess it's remained since editing it now would break so many older saves.

    are we talking about adding a new way to make purple phot or change the display gui to reflect the full spectrum?

    wow, nice work! before you heat it reflect of some snow to darken the beam, that way you get true UV!. Here is an example:

    This was the first ever UV laser so it got loads of attention =D, I built it ages ago. There is a link to a more up to date version if you are interested.
