I've seen so many people build lasers, and recently I've built one and it worked. Only problem is it would burn through anything I put in front of it (high melting point objects). How do you get photons to be incredibly hot like that?
Feel free to use them. MYST is one of the best GoL heaters. (if they won't fit where you want (due to 4x4 gridsnap), just draw out the same shape with MYST)
now as i didnt feel like typing out a desc. in the signs ill explain it here
the heatswitch is used as it has one of the fastest heat transfer speeds on tpt AND if you turn it off the heater stops heating the beam, this makes it so you can control whether the beam burns or not
the clone clones plasma, which spawns at 10000 degrees and then drops down to the max temp of 9725.85
the vacu drains away the plasma AND it heats up when it drains stuff away AND the plasma is extraordinarily hot adding more heat to the mix which is passed on to the heatswitch and then on to the beam ;D
@Dar!167368 Play around with the life elements. 3 pixels of HLIF is what i usally use or GOL.
I have a few words to say...
Learn to use GoL. They are possibly the worst heaters in the whole damn game. The amount of space they take up to reach the temperatures my MYST heaters reach (when actively heating a laser) is ridiculous!
