I suggest to add little eye to stickman's head to see which way he looks (actually not my idea, just don't remember who's)

Also i suggest to make healthbar at the top/bottom of the screen to see stickman's currently health. It is not handy (at least to me) to hover mouse on his had to see health, especially when he's in motion.
Healthbar will appear when stickman creates and disappears when he dies.

What do you think about that?
