H2 and O2 are not making WATR

I don't know why, I keep adding H2 and O2 together but it doesn't make WATR like it said! Help anybody?

... Mixed up in a box, then wait for it to calm a bit. You will then have small amounts of WTRV in the box. :3 -

make sure there is space between the reaction, other wise you just get plasma. The reaction is usually hot, so a bit plasma is enevitable, but the majority of the reaction should be water. -
