i found one article on a suggestion for powered portals but it wasnt what i was looking for

now as i think its been suggested i was wondering what was decided and why ( if it ever was) about powered portals that would only take in/put out particles when turned on

if it HASNT been suggested like i just said then im suggesting it XD

Yea, XD thats why i wondered why it was thrown out

yea and what i had in mind is that you can "charge" stuff in a prti by just not having a prto , then when you place a prto it releases all of it ( it does that now, a powered version would just be awesome for it)
