on the dissucion board, there are icons on the left hand side, i understand this classifies them but what does the lock and mug mean?

mug means old (i think)
lock means locked

oh and its almost certain you will be banned soon as im pretty sure youve just set a record for the most necros in a short amount of time

and i noticed that you made a thread on a topic some1 ELSE posted , that you posted on, that was rejected RIGHT BEFORE you posted ......AND you kept the exact same title -_-

well first off read the rules i do believe its all in there

but necroing is posting on an old thread , its against the rules unless the post is on topic and useful to the thread

and people do get banned for it , not a perma-ban but still a ban

That's bad, not good.

There are certain ethical rules in all forums, one of them being "necroposting". It means posting on a thread that's been inactive for a long time(undefined). And it's not allowed.
The lock means a locked thread, meaning you can't post on it anymore.
The mug might mean a "hot" topic or a topic that's been popular lately.
