    CTRL+C/X - drag over the area you want to copy/cut.
    CTRL+V - Bring up a preview of the thing you copied - click to paste
    CTRL+R - While the preview is up, this rotates the things you copied/a stamp, if you have a stamp preview up.
    CTRL+SHIFT+R - As above, but flips the preview instead.

    You can either:
    1. save it as a stamp (To do that:
    1) press S
    2) select the area you want to save
    3) release the mouse button
    (To get the stamp, press K to open the stamp browser or L to get the latest (used or created) stamp)
    )
    or
    2. Copy/paste it. (To do that:
    1) Hold the CTRL key and press C(to keep the original) or X (to delete the original)
    2) Select the area you want to copy/cut.
    3) Release the mouse button.
    4) Hold CTRL and press V to get the copied stamp to place it.
    5) Click the mouse to paste it.
    )
    Also:
    You can do CTRL + R to rotate the stamp clockwise 90 degrees(for example, from " | " to "_" )
    You can press CTRL + Shift + R to flip the stamp(for example, from "->" to "<-" )<br/>
