I downloaded the 65.4 version, but there is no "Libraries" folder. How do we mod without the Libraries with Visual?

Libraries are SDL.dll, bzlib2.dll and something more. But the tutorial is somewhat old and the newer versions of TPT require not the libraries, for they have built-in now!!

You do not mod without them. You get them from an external source...

They are built in for Simon's releases, the wiki does not provide a way to statically link the libraries.

I think the wiki is wrong
