What are ALL of the rules in TPT?

A month or two ago, I was unexpectedly banned for 2 days for mass downvoting. I had already read the rules and there was nothing against it, so I had no idea that I was breaking a rule. A couple weeks ago, I was banned without warning for a few more days for the same reason when I didn't even realize I had mass downvoted anyone; I was also told that the next ban would be permanent. Could someone give me the COMPLETE list of ALL the rules, along with how mods determine whether the rule was broken? Clearly the rules page isn't finished.

You massively downvoted all the saves from one person?

You should know the rule "Common sense". No one likes all or majority of their saves down voted. We saw a majority of their saves commented as being bad and/or down voted. People should know the rules common sense and the rules aren't going to cover every single item/action someone is going to do.

Though the chances of being perma banned for anything less than atrocious levels of down-voting are slim, it might be wise to simply avoid downvoting anyone for the time being. The idea of setting a hard limit on the number of down votes per a certain period of time has been discussed but never made any progress.

...Also yeah, the rules are actually more of a warning so you'll kinda know what to expect, not a hard, restrictive list of all the things moderators have to check by before actually setting a temporary ban. I could temp ban someone for requesting it, or temp ban someone for being impossibly annoying or spamming the forums with slightly-more-than-spam posts to increase their post count. But to list those on the rules would be silly, hence, common sense.

    Here's one:

If you have been given a temporary and then IP ban, and the temp ban expires but the IP ban doesn't, do not ask for the IP ban to go away, even privately. This will result in a permanent IP ban.

I honestly wish someone had told me about that one, but at least you will no not to do it now.

That's actually more a general internet rule. Whining about bans or evading them equates automatic permanent bans, even if the original was already permanent.
