Question about Groups System

Not sure if this is the right thread... Anyways,

This new group system is confusing... So I joined (Or rather, REjoined on some) 4 groups and now the site says that I can't join anymore because I have reached some limit... So I was wondering, if I "resigned" in one, would I be able to join on another new group?

the system of groups works by a limit of 4 so if you are in 4 groups you can't join a new one, but if you leave one you can join another.

Lolowned, by the system. Let me check that for you.

UPDATE: You are only a part of 2 groups.

Groups you are waiting registration for also count. If you're in 2 groups and awaiting membership for 2 more groups, that's 4 groups.

Also, how come some members, not mods/admins are able to join to more than 4 groups?

They joined the groups before the limit was put into effect, they can no longer join any more groups.

Ok, last question (this is unrelated to my last one, but I figured it was better to just ask here...):

Is it just me, or has the N Grav been updated and now doesn't work as well as old ones? Take a look here:

    ~564904

That laser (any many others of mine) used to be able to release accelerated PHOTs (in straight lines) before, but now, when I use newer TPTs it somehow doesn't work properly (the PHOTs skew to the BHOL and get absorbed). Is this a bug?
