2nd or 3rd frontpage

    hi, since TPT is an growing comunity i would like to request a 2nd or 3rd frontpage system, working like the current frontpage. this would be really nice since the-longer-you-go-the-worse-saves so 3rd page would be updated much more frequently letting us spot the hots. i have scavenged through 10 pages of site browsing with the keyword frontpage without hitting any ideas or results like this one so you can't blame me for that one :3 please post any questions

    i think there should be a different button called featured and then move the front page to there and change the front page back to how it was before

    Rest assured, this isn't required yet. The front page is already full of not-exciting stuff :P

    That. They should extend the frontpage much more, and add a new view mode: Featured, which will display saves by their votes over time, like the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.... pages. So we'd have Popular (the by votes of now), By Date and Featured

    But, as far as your idea goes, I don't think it would be necessary. You can just look at the most recent to spot hots. The front page often really doesn't have that great saves, so a 2nd first page would be pretty bad.
