I've made simple modification enabling scale options with one decimal place.
Looks kinda ugly,but I easily habituated to it

I need someone with the ability to compile it for windows. I can't, mingw fails...

Oh i forgot, C, that it needs to be at the start .. i'm copying those characters because it somehow doesn't stop and does strange things, so this way it works, with gcc.. is Visual Stuido 2010 ok to compile with ??
