How to make an Equalizer for HYGN/OXYG?

How would I go about making a device that absorbs an equal amount of HYGN and OXYG from two separate and unequal sources?

For example, a NEUT/ELEC reaction and a PLNT/CO2 reaction where the HYGN and OXYG is absorbed by some sort of filter and come out on the other side being equal.

    Is this possible?

But how could I equalize it with PIPE?

What I mean is you have the HYGN and OXYG funnelling from their sources into the pipe, which feeds into the combiner or whatever. Each pixel of PIPE can only store one of something else inside, so each frame one pixel of each gas comes out of its respective pipe.

Ah, the concept is simple, but for it to even them out effectively would take a fair bit of tinkering...
I'll try it, but I'm still open to suggestions! xD
