Im making a Gas/Steam power plant, and im trying to make a cooling light meaning it comes on when the cooler is to cold, im trying to use ptct, and im connecting the ptct to my cooler (dmnd) so when the temp gets cold it cools the ptct and makes it conduct, but i need it to come on when the dmnd reaches below a range of around 10-20c. I have been trying to heat the ptct with diff stuff so its harder to cool.  If anyone has a better idea please tell me! Thanks

OR if anyone has a whole new concept for a TOO COLD light to come on, would be amazing!

use a clne that generates ice over a detector wall with void under it

the heat transfers to the ice and melts tripping the detector wall and falls into  void

this can be combined with a not gate to be able to tell when the ice STOPS melting showing the temp has dropped to below zero
