Green Photons are already a possibility, look at different lasers people have made using plutonium to create such green lasers. Quite fascinating they are. Neutrons would destroy plutonium based saves, because plutonium already causes a semi-unrealistic fission process among the plutonium, defusing it's energy into pressure, more fissionable neutrons, small amounts of uranium, and molten stne, and I believe regular stne. Neutrons and cooling work nearly exactly opposite of each other in the game.
