BUG REPORT!!! FLOATING SOLID!!!

    First, make a box of FILT.
    Then, flood-fill OXYG in it.
    Finally, put BIZR above it.

    What happens?

    I've reported this half a year ago
    Try this:
    0. Make a large table of Filter
    1. Drop any kind of powder on it, make few piles of them
    2. Pour BIZR on, watching what happened

    if an element passes through another, weird update crap happens. Neutrons used to push wood around.

    Somebody really needs to fix this. Related issue with A cake of sponge floating away.

    Use this bug, you can make some other particles go through FILT.
