It's not really secret. The "11" one is simply the group forum that was hidden after the official introduction of the group system.
The "13" one is the element suggestion thread that was hidden when too many people were suggesting elements.
The "14" one is the recently created (late march) admin forum (probably) for april fools.
None of these are secret. The first two used to be accessible, and obviously the 3rd one was made to be seen by us.

There is also a category 7, which is probably the real admin thread (not the one you can access).
