Property Drawing Tool (PRP2)

    What about a Property Drawing Tool just like in Jacob1's Mod?
    It is a tool instead of a particle. When you select the tool, an input box appears. The top contains the name of a property such as ctype or temp which is usually edited via console, the bottom box contains a value. After the user press the OK button, the user can draw a property just like drawing heat, cool etc.

    This was just suggested yesterday, and I posted in that thread saying I would try to get it in the official version eventually (in a month)
