Well, I see that plenty of people want to know exactly how bEngineer made the LIGH EMP.
If you're looking for his way of doing it - Well... I can't help you there, but I can tell you how I did it!
The O.M.E.G.A. EMP - The Omnipresent Malevolent Extinction Generating Apparatus Electromagnetic Pulse
HOW I FIGURED OUT HOW TO DO IT:
I use console commends often and decided to use it to help me recreate the effect that bEngineer created.
1. I have enperience with the "Spreading Effect" that LIGH can do, which allowed me to skip that part. I noticed that something was wrong when I saw SPRK (METL) in the center with LIGH around it. So I erased the SPRK (METL) and saw LIGH - That told me that it was STACKED. I erased 1 LIGH particle and found another - This told me that he Stacked the LIGH.
2. I typed: "!create ligh 300,200" - It created a LIGH particle and x300, Y200.
I typed it again and pressed Enter and the console said this: "Could not create particle" - That told me that LIGH CAN NOT BE STACKED, so I used a stamp of 1 particle of evey seeable element from all categories. I then set their Life to 500 and TMP to 270. I then set all particles to ligh and pressed "F" to go ahead one frame. Instantly, LIGH and LIGH converted from TRON made a lightning bolt.
I tried stacking TRON and it didn't work. So I make a list of elements that could be stacked and then tested them by stackign them. and got results that lead to me making the OMEGA EMP.
EXPLAINING THE PROPERTIES OF LIGH AND EXTRAS.
LIGHs TMP controls it's direction in degrees, light a circle. TMP:90 is LIGH at 90 Degrees, TMP:270 is LIGH at 270 Degrees. I used this obtained info to make my OMEGA EMP better.
THESE ARE MY ACTUAL NOTES WHILE DEVELOPING MY SAVE:
NOTES BEGIN
How to set values of particles within
particles:
!Set (Property) (Particle #) (Value)
LIGH TMP values detemine its direction,
like a circle with degrees.
THDR, PHOT, ELEC, NEUT, SPWN, SPWN2 & FIGH
can be layer on top of themselves using
the console.
You can make Aftificial LIGH by making a
particle of FILT by Console, then place
PHOT on it by console as well. Then Set
PHOT to LIGH then set its TMP (DIRECTION),
LIFE (AMOUNT), and TMP2 (Currently Unknown)
COORDINATES (8 Total Coordinates)

SETTING TMP VALUES (36 Values Total) *For All 36 Direction, being that I wasn''t about to do all 360 Degrees*
!set tmp 0 360
!set tmp 1 350
!set tmp 2 340 and so on...
NOTES END HERE.
I created a FILT Particle and Stacked PHOT on it, making note of their order and PArticle Numbers, so I could later "Implant" BOMB and Place DEST on to of it all for looks.
LIFE Controls how many Strands of LIGH there are (I'm guessing, seeing that I already figured out this much by myself...)
Type the following in the console to make your own EMP (Hopefully this will teach everyone something more about the console) Words into Askerisk (*Words*) are notes.
CLICK THE CLEAR BUTTON BEFORE STARTING.
1. !create filt 300,200 *Particle #0 - Name: 1*
2. !create phot 300,200 *Particle #1 - Name: 2*
3. !create phot 300,200 *Particle #2 - Name: 3*
4. !create phot 300,200 *Particle #3 - Name: 4*
5. !create phot 300,200 *Particle #4 - Name: 5*
6. !create phot 300,200 *Particle #5 - Name: 6*
7. !create phot 300,200 *Particle #6 - Name: 7*
8. !create phot 300,200 *Particle #7 - Name: 8*
9. !create phot 300,200 *Particle #8 - Name: 9*
9. !create phot 300,200 *Particle #8 - Name: 10*
*You will use the Particle Names soon*`
11. !set life all 1000
12. !set tmp2 all 200
NOTE: YOU WILLNOT SEE THE CHANGES TAKE PLACE BECAUSE YOU CAN'T SEE THE PARTICLES, BUT IT IS WORKING IF YOU TYPE EVERYTHING CORRECTLY!
*(Command, Function Type, Particle Name, Value)*
13. !set tmp 9 360
14. !set tmp 8 315
15. !set tmp 7 270
16. !set tmp 6 225
17. !set tmp 5 180
18. !set tmp 4 135
19. !set tmp 3 90
20. !set tmp 2 45
21. !set tmp 1 0
NOTE: You have just set PHOT to fire in 8 Directions!
SETTING UP THE EMP
22. !set type 0 emp
23. !set life emp 2
24. !set tmp emp 225
GIVING YOUR CREATION LOOKS
25. !set type 10 dest
!set type 9 bomb
NOTE: COLOR YOUR DEST TO DECORATE YOUR CREATION
PRIMING YOUR CEATION
26. !set type phot ligh
THE OMEGA PRESSURE EFFECT
27. !set temp ligh 99e99
NOW YOU'RE SET TO TEST YOUR BOMB! (Its best to press "F" once while testing for Slomo but cool scenes)
EXTRA NOTE: I Don't know why, but it seems that my bomb more specifically shines on 7 of the 11 displays we have. I tried to get the bomb thats made with this tutorial to do the same, but I can seem to do so, sorry.
Here's a demonstration of my bomb spaning all directions, 360 Degrees.
WARNING: IT MAY MAKE YOUR PROGRAM CRASH!
I hope you enjoyed what I've shown you, if anyone has even read this much of what I typed.
Thanks - OS
Well that was dramatic....
I know....
the bomb just turns into a black hole. must have been a new update that broke it.
