you can layer the ELEC on top of the EXOT and save it (well actually, flood fill ELEC, then flood fill EXOT). Works just as good without having to use the console every time:

OR: just put some pbcn with LCRY surrounding the exot, and when the pbcn is activated it sends the electrons past the LCRY and then activates the bomb. Simple.
