I know Helium has been suggested many times before but here is my suggest: helium would be a noble gas and works against gravity. It could also be cooled to its minimum temprature and be turned into Helium-ii. Helium-ii would be a liquid and can creep apon stuff to where the heat is and cool it down. Please be gentle it is my first element suggesting:). Uses: can be used as a cooling liquid

    Noble gas stuff: NBLE
Against gravity stuff: ANAR / WTRV
    Helium-II: intelligent cooling liquid?
Uses: as a cooling liquid like LOXY and LN2 ?

The way you described it bares no relation to the actual isotope. It's just a condensed version of your helium element
Also, Just because something exists is not a valid reason to add it..

Please don't take our counter-arguments as a personal attack, it'll ruin your day.

A element that creeps to where heat exists? hmmm

Would it continue to creep if EVERY pixel on the screen is at the maximum lowest temperature?

Ask a king for a helium. When he farts, you get a noble gas.

It's a good idea, they just don't like for some reason.
