problem with titanium

ok i know that titamium creates pressure when its sparked and that its supposed to. im making a bunker and i hav the outer walls as so (from outside to inside)
- Sheild
- Titanium that is being sparked
- insulation
- 2 pixles thick of titanium that is not being sparked
the problem is that there is still air pressure getting through the titanium that is not being sparked. if you look at the save below zoom in to see the layers. please help!
