OK, i made also a Game of life simulator:

It is fast and does no unnecessary switch-sparking, where everything flashes.

It simulates the game of life. We have a whole element in the game for this, and an entire category of elements that use the same system.

I know what GOL is but how exactly does it replicate it? Does it simulate the splitting and conjoining of GOL particles frame by frame? Telling me to go to the wiki doesn't exactly explain a save that has a very vauge meaning to someone who can't open it to see how it works for themself.

There are certain "rules" to GOL varieties. The original Game of Life is

Any live cell with fewer than two live neighbours dies, as if caused by under-population.
Any live cell with two or three live neighbours lives on to the next generation.
Any live cell with more than three live neighbours dies, as if by overcrowding.
Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbours becomes a live cell, as if by reproduction.

Shortly put:
Born: 3
Survive: 2 or 3
(Die: >3, 1)
TPT uses even shorter: B3/S23

The machine simulates that, lol.
