When edit properties, the initial value in the textbox is the current value of the element(s) you're editing
If you're editing a pile of elements, the value is that of the element under your mouse.
Or at least, leave it empty
Why
(In WIFI channel designing)
Woo, this wifi is on the wrong channel...select PROP, move the mouse before '0' then click, hit delete, type '9255', enter.
Woo, it's one channel higher, let's change 9255 to 9155...nop, I have to move the mouse before '0' then click, hit delete, type '9155', enter.
Woo, it's still one channel higher, let's...nop, still have to move the mouse before '0' then click, hit delete, type '9055', enter.
How about something like a table where it displays every value of each property and the value is aditable of course.
type | dust
life | 0
ctype | none
temp C | 21.00
temp K | 294.15
tmp | 0
....
...
etc.
All the values would be in textboxes and editable.
(temp C is temperature in Celsius, temp K the temperature if Kelvin and temp C would change automatically if you change temp K)
Edit: Or you have the option to switch between Kelvin and Celsius so all the temperatures you enter in lua and the temperatures are either in Kelvin or Celsius.
Good idea! the PROP is also an vinformation tool then
But if we have more and more properties in the future, maybe is not possible to show they all in one screen...we can use multi-pages though
