To decrease the fps(frame per second) make a rectangle(empty rectangle)with prti(portral in)and the fllod fill it
(by pressing ctrl,shift and lmb button at a same time.the speed will decrease upto 30 or 40 fps! believe me its in version 81.1(build 183).

this isn't a bug. it's expected behaviour for tpt to slow down when a lot is going on at the same time.
