CETD - Cold Electrode. (Electrode that creates Cold Plasma).
FLRN - Fluorine (Burns Metal)
MAGN - Magnesium (Burns into SPRK)
VNDM - Vanadium (Explosive and Acid Proof Powder)
H2 - Hydrogen (Reacts with O2 to make WATR)
LH2 - Liquid Hydrogen (Reacts with LO2 to make WATR)
BFLM - Blue Flame (Ignites flammable materials)
GFLM - Green Flame (Ignites flammable materials)
CCHL - Copper Chloride (Turns RFLM to GFLM)
CSUL - Copper Sulphate (Turns RFLM to BFLM)

Why should he remove it? Either way you can add what you like to your mod, both me and yew101 have a GROW element yet they are essentially the same but act differently. I was never asked permissions (to my memory), either way under the licence its not needed, attribution is however. And without proof... well your stuffed :P
I could even make a mash-up using elements from peoples sources if I was so inclined...
