Nice suggestion. The only thing that marginally concerns me is that the element is too specific, in the fact that it doesn't have many uses besides being rare in occurrence. Even rarity in existence as this thread explains, can severely limit its usage ability in most circumstances. I'm sure people like us who understand how amazing this could be would rationalize it as pure genius, but to the average user this element would make little/no sense. People wouldn't understand it and it would become a topic of confusion. Perhaps have this made in a private mod by someone. I think jacob1 has a great mod that he is updating and using a lot. Perhaps you can have him create this for you? I love this idea in every way/shape/form (preferably in the form of a solid :P) and I hope you do suggest this for jacob1's mod. I just don't see this as being good quality for the general public, because many people may not understand it in great detail.

I don't really understand what uses it would have though, we already have elements that emit electrons, so what does this do? You could create something that will keep it stable, but that's about it. Also, you say it has to be in a certain temperature range, but it doesn't conduct heat. What's the point of the temperature range then?

It is the Unobtainium of Powder Toy. :D Admittedly it has almost no use, but why not deny it? It sounds cool enough for what it is. Perhaps more reactions shall be added to strengthen the concept?

Maybe, it could be like a second EXOT, with lots of really strange reactions.

In terms of strange reactions, it could be interesting if it would turn to AMTR under a strong gravity field.

I think some of the people here are way to smart...

A hidden element that requires strong negative gravity to exist might be neat. Not sure what you could do with it, though.
