I don't know what happened to the saves past 1, the next is around 15 or something. Maybe they got deleted or corrupted, save id 1 doesn't even have a post date. Also, the user @marbdy does exist: He has 14 saves and 5 forum posts. All the saves are private because they were created before private/public saving was added, but here are some of his other saves: 886, 1774, and 263.

Also, part of his profile, which shows his total saves.
Apparently he deleted EVERYTHING, or the saves just got corrupted out of existance, whatever happened first.
But then...
Edit: Nvm, apparently I can see locked saves too, if I have their ids...

That's why they call private saves "private". You can't access them without ID.
A while ago there was a save server corruption and a lot of saves went missing, so you can blame that. -
