We need more elements(e.g gold,silver,iodine,xenon and many various elements) and a creating competition should urge members to create high-class functional products!

Actually, we don't. They aren't necessary unless you can think of many UNIQUE uses for each element that NO OTHER ELEMENT can do. "Yellow spark carrier" is not a good reason. "Has less resistance" is even worse, because PT doesn't simulate resistance.
"Urging" members to create elements that are pretty much unuseful? I really doubt that would ever work, unless there was a real prize. -

A lua contest is not a bad idea. But not the elements given here.

But I agree with the others, a lua contest for elements could produce many good ideas/elements that will do more than attract noobs.
