Thread Post Edit Notifications

Perhaps an addition to the forums would be a way to know if someone has edited their post, in the form of a little thumbnail next to their submitted post, denoting the time it was changed, dates, and so on. Sometimes I see someone edit a post a few minutes later and I think I'm going crazy because what is is not what once was, so this might ease the reading of threads and other submitted comments. Just an idea, and I had seen an older version of what I am describing on some old threads, so maybe bring that idea back.

It used to be like that. A small italic text aligned to right saying "Edited by X at Date()" -

This is what I use for the first post in the thread for my mod. I used to have the time there too, but now it's just the date and my name. I change it every time I edit the post. You can use it if you want. Edit: Added time, you would probably need that for posts you're only ever going to edit a few times within one day.
