     He isn't trolling. That's what happens when you place a block of water and press play. It dissapates in directions and F means frame skip.

    Lol you ask him if he is trolling or not yet you post a bug report stating something happens to a rectangular mass of liquid after you press a random button. Yes F means frame skip, it auto pauses the game and every time you press it it goes forward one frame, good for viewing electric devices with spark paths and watching detonations of bombs.
