Frankly, using overpowered elements in machines that are meant to be destroyable is a bit of a conflict there :P

I meant overpowered as in, trying to include it in a destroyable machine is silly when it's an element like PUMP that can do crazy things, removing the need for more complex machines.

It's sort of like "I used EQVE as powdered diamond because it fits into a smaller space, but now my machine isn't completely destroyable. Is anyone going to make it possible to destroy EQVE soon?" xD

You could cool down the NEUT and use glass to make neut -> PHOT. (Cherenkov radiation!)

To me, DTEC is already a destroyable element. You can use ACID, BOMB, DEST, SING, and probably some other elements too. I also have the options of VIRS, RAZR, and EXPL. It is hard to make something that is completely destroyable with only pressure and temperature, and has a function like a reactor.
I also think DTEC is an overpowered element, but detecting something without it would take a huge area, and it makes things much smaller. It's kind of like advances in computers, they used to be huge (even in tpt), but now they are smaller using newly discovered things (elements)

One thing I don't understand is why people think EQVE is like diamond dust. It's nonreactive, but so are GRAV and ANAR. All of these can be destroyed by the same things listed above, or by pressure moving them off the screen.

I find DTEC over powered as well. I was surprised when I saw it added since you could easily make the same thing using some stor, and you DEVs usually don't add new elements that already have effects that can be created from existing elements. As for using stor to detect things:

*the one on the left uses detector wall to make a spark and the one on the right is a little more creative. I tried to quickly make one that used watr as a conductor and was sorta self-resetting
