    Name: PFLT - powered filter

    Color: FILT's color

    Temperature: 22 celsius

    Description: "Powered version of filter."

How it works: A spark from PSCN will turn it on, allowing light through, a spark from NSCN will turn it off, blocking light. A spark from METL will increase the color (making it redder) and a spark from INWR will decrease the color (making it bluer). The tmp system works like nomal FILT (0=nomal, 1=only let same color pass ect.). A spark from PTCT will add 1 to the tmp (maximum of 3) and a spark from NTCT will subtract 1 from the tmp.

    Uses:

    1: Color changing laser

2: Easily controlled filter for lens

    3: RGB photon displays

BTW this is my first thread so if you notice any errors please tell them to me.

LCRY is selectively transparent to PHOT already. You can layer a few pixels onto some FILT to give you the same effect as what you have suggested. As for the colour transitions, it's pretty simple to use contrasts in temperature on the current FILT with HSWC or ARAY.

The in game tmp changing however is interesting though..
