If i remember the rules right, you have to ask the permission of the user who made the save. If he allows then you can copy it.

There aren't really any rules about copying anything. Though I'm curious about how you'd get ahold of something that someone else has never published. :P
Doesn't stop moderators from deleting content that's been stolen from someone else, but we mostly rely on the work already having been published at some earlier date, so it would probably throw a wrench in that.

When a user is permanently banned, all their saves get unpublished. They still exist though, and can be accessed (, or even republished). If it's temporary, it doesn't do anything to the saves. -
