Frame lock mode?

I had an idea of being to lock tpt at 30 frames, 20 frames, and 15. And the setting could be set in a save.

Uses: clocks, timer, or anything that uses time. Come up with more.

Not very useful for computers that don't maintain this framerate constantly, this would mean that their computers might experience drops in framerate thus making this useless,

another reason why this isn't necessary is cause you can do this with lua with tpt.fps.cap  or something like that (forgot about it a little) but it locks your fps on a certain framerate.

    Just use tpt.setfpscap(30)

If your computer can't run any faster than 30 fps, you can't really use a 60 fps lock. TPT is a performance hog and it slows down really quickly. Frames per second come and go freely. If you set it too low, key input and other things get weird.
