[WIP] BVBR Reactor

Work in progress. I like making reactors with strange and new elements. Feel free to drop me an MP if you want to help or you have got an idea.
-Yeah, I know, BVBR needs to be heated A LOT until it produces pressure or exot.

Not a reactor, a battery. I will develop it more later. I'm using VIBR energy directly. It creates sparks. VIBR = condensed awesomeness.

There are currently some bugs with BVBR, I don't know if you have noticed. It's based off of EXOT, and that has the property of generating pressure on it's own. It will then absorb this pressure and get energy. The energy should spread around like in VIBR, but it doesn't. Dots of high energy will start appearing, and then explode on it's own. Since the energy isn't spreading, only those dots explode, and the rest just slowly turns into EXOT. It isn't possible to contain for long because of all of this.
I just fixed this, but i'm not able to merge it in. -

probably. It might even be possible now, I was just warning him that if it randomly explodes, that's why. Maybe PUMP to equalize the pressure would stop that until the next version. -

ok, good. Also, there will be a way to make BVBR in the future, if you want to try that too sometime.GLOW+TTAN+ -200 pressure = BVBR. Then it has to go back to 0 pressure, and it will turn to VIBR and start absorbing energy. Also, BOYL+VIBR = BVBR right now.Don't design anything to do this yet, it might be changed. -
