Transparent window (not related to TPT)

    A few months back there was a program that made windows transparent,i'm wondering if someone still has the link to that program.

     

    A link was posted somehere on the site by a mod but i can't find it anymore.

     Windows must be transparent, or it defeats the purpose of having a window.

    I have a better one, try "FeeWhee/Freewheel" It's so simple and a super small download size 4/6KB! All you do is open the .exe it makes a noise and nothing opens. You go to the top bar of an app and roll the wheel for transparency and/or hold shift to make the size bigger or smaller. Highly recomend!

    Edit:Unfortuantely they don't work with Win7 64bit.
