Four Element Ideas

    I thought of two element ideas, which may / may not have been already said:

    Virus - When it touches an element, it turns it into virus element. Which ever element it converts, that becomes it's ctype (e.g. if it touches brck, the virus element becomes ctyped with brck). It is pretty handy for transporting solids. This should be put into the liquids / radioactive section. It would also be a good idea if there is an organic way of making this element as well (like how molten ttan and exot makes molten vibr)

    Antidote - When it touches virus, it converts the virus element into the virus elements ctype, e.g. if antidote touches virus with brck ctype, then the virus becomes brck.

    Liquid / solid / gas / powder / energy converter [Probably my favourite idea] - This one is a little hard to explain. It is sort of like virus, except depending on it's tmp, it changes what it touches, it's ctype, and the element itself into a gas, liquid, solid, powder or energy partical. Here is a good example:

    If (lets call the element 'A') is tmp to 2, it becomes a gas, and what ever it touches into a gas. So 'A' touches brck. Then, 'A' turns into 'A' ctype brck tmp 2. So now it is basically brck gas. Now, to turn it back into normal brck, you use antidote element.

    To conclude, this element can be very fun to play around with, and handy too.

    The top 2 are in jacob1's mod already

    yeah I know :) i reckon it will be good if they were in this tpt. also, how do you think of my third idea?

    interesting, but wouldn't coding be a butt?

    I was thinking the same thing, it would be pretty hard. I also made a save on tpt to sort-of demonstrate the third idea:

    The third idea will only need the state to change.

    local changes = { }
    changes["State"] = ST_SOLID
    element.property(elements.DEFAULT_PT_WATR, changes)

    then done. add it in. DOOOOOO IITTTTTT

    You silly, the code only changes a fixed element(WATR), and a fixed property(State => SOLID), and it works in Lua only(Mods need C++), and the idea itself is kind of useless(yes, it is).

    Well tell me if it is possible to add it in. It is not too useless also

    I think the third idea is the best. The virus element you suggested would be better if it had three states, without the need of three new elements (like bizr). Three states would also make facilitating elements easier, as long as the virus didn't affect dmnd or insl. Because the state depends on tmp not temperature, the other states could even be added in later as it wouldn't break saves. The gas and liquid state would also be useful as powerful acids or have a use in bombs XD
